What's up with Pinterest?
...Except for the fact that it's a relative new social media channel, still, used by over 1,5 million unique vistors every day... "Part of Pinterest’s appeal is that it’s beautiful", says blog author Beth Hayden. It truly is, with all those collages of images, ready to be seen on any screen.
So what is that your really do on this network? Well, you see images. Basically, yes. Depending on your interests, you can choose to view architecture, technology, street arts or even cooking pictures from a variety of Pinterest pages. Which you can later pin and keep on your main account. Like, email and share them anytime you want. Look at them again and call friends to see them too. To pin and see some more. And that's about it.
Why tweeting matters
Nothing is more frustrating then being left behind at something that everyone else is so good at. Take for example Twitter, the fastest expanding social media in the online world. Sure, I'm not talking about you. There are so many people who talk about it, many have even created an account. But there's a big difference between saying you know Twitter and knowing it, precisely. Of course I'm not saying that's your case. There's also a huge difference between using Twitter for your personal connections and tweeting for business matters. Like yourself, I know all about that.
But let's just see, just in case we've missed some of the theory, what is that one thing that makes Twitter so influential? Is there anything in the advertising process, where Twitter does really help?
Into your box
Every business has something special to offer – whether it's a product, a service or the simple idea of how to sell. Every business owner prides him/herself with being the most original on the market in some extraordinary way. But still, with billions and billions of companies existent in the world, how can you really make a difference?

When having to face your online competitors, how will you convince the public that one product is better than the other, that your site and not somebody else's deserves to be read? The good news is you can try. The sad news is that you're most likely to fail, as marketers state lately.
I agree. You can't really make a clear difference from all your online competition. Trying too hard to stand out from the crowd can draw some attention on your goals. May not be the right kind of attention, though.
