Jentla Advanced Technology

Jentla extends the Joomla CMS using several core technologies that are deliberately designed to provide Enterprise Level features and performance while preserving the benefits afforded by the Open Source Development model.

Painless Upgrades and Configuration

Jentla can upgrade the Joomla installations even on remotely hosted sites it controls as long as the permissions are correctly configured. Jentla can also manage upgrades of all extensions, language packs and templates. Extensions can be installed / uninstalled, enabled / disabled, centrally from the Jentla Manager. Joomla modules can be managed centrally and we are working on managing components centrally.

Scalability

Jentla's scalability comes from its use of a fully redundant distributed architecture based around a central Manager that controls multiple independent sites.

Intelligent Multisite Configuration

Jentla can import existing Joomla sites, create new sites, copy and modify existing sites to create new ones, group sites to selectively receive content. Group relationships between sites can be enhanced with global-search and replace within multiple sites for text, images, and html, merge tags. For example, if a key staff member is married, it is possible to change every instance of their name across all sites automatically.

Content Management
