All prices are in USD. Costs are per Ram hour and based on single Core 3.0 GHz servers. A Gb of RAM used in an hour is called a server RAM hour. It is equivalent to using a regular dedicated server for an hour.

Cloud Hosting SLA

Jentla Enterprise Cloud Hosting
This is a graphical diagram of the Jentla Cloud Hosting solution. We separate the files on a cloud server storage and the databases on separate tuned database servers so the hosting is very responsive compared to regular dedicated hosting.
Monitoring
We offer 24*7 Remote Monitoring on HTTP, Disk, IO, CPU, memory. For security we monitor intrusion detection, intrusion prevention and file integrity management. Backups are also monitored. SMS messages are delivered to the customer and the developer for any issues.
VPN Access
The days of FTP access to servers is over. Systems administration access is only available via virtual private network.
Upgrades
Joomla upgrades are also managed. The hosting is of the type you would find in use at the largest corporations.
