All prices are in USD. Costs are per RAM hour and based on single Core 3.0 GHz servers. A Gb of RAM used in an hour is called a server RAM hour. It is equivalent to using a regular dedicated server for an hour.
Hosting architecture
The image above describes the Jentla Cloud Hosting solution. We separate the files on a cloud server storage and the databases on separate tuned database servers so the hosting is very responsive compared to regular dedicated hosting.
Cloud Hosting SLA
We pass on the GoGrid 100% Uptime guarantee on the servers with a Service Level Agreement involving refunds if there are any outages. See the details of the SLA here.
Monitoring
We offer 24*7 Remote Monitoring on HTTP, Disk, IO, CPU, memory. For security we monitor intrusion detection, intrusion prevention and file integrity management. Backups are also monitored. SMS messages are delivered to the customer and the developer for any issues.
VPN Access
Systems administration access is only available via virtual private network.
Upgrades
Joomla upgrades are also managed via the Jentla manager. It is possible to upgrade hundreds of Joomla sites in minutes.
